Will there beany Sparring?

No, our Power Striking classes are designed to focus on high-intensity bag work and pad work. You’ll learn ways to develop and measure your striking power without the risk of injury that can come with sparring. This approach allows you to develop prerequisite movement and power-generation for Striking oriented combat-sports, without risking any injury to the head.

What equipmentdo I need?

You’ll need to bring a pair of 12-16oz boxing gloves and hand wraps. These are mandatory for all participants to ensure proper protection for your hands. Shin pads are optional but recommended. If you don’t have your own equipment, don’t worry – we have gloves and wraps available for purchase at the gym.

What if I'm notin good shape?

Our coaches match the challenge and progression to your level of fitness. We foster a supportive environment where everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace and focus on their personal growth. As you consistently attend classes, you’ll notice improvements in your strength, endurance, and overall fitness.
